We stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal use and service. The specific warranty period varies by product category:

  • Adult Electric Bikes: 2-year warranty

  • Kids' Electric Bikes: 1-year warranty

  • Electric Scooters: 1-year warranty

  • Accessories & Parts: 6-month warranty

Please note that the warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect

  • Modifications or alterations not performed by authorized technicians
